I just feel that it's said easier than done.
It really take much much love in order to do that.
Oh. I believe I still got a long way to go. Lol.
Felt tired today.
But I believe I had enough sleep.
Felt that today there are a few times I couldn't control my temper.
Really feel bad about that.

went out the whole afternoon today.
reach home ard 5.15pm. Ate dinner at home.
